I'm still here...

Meine Eltern hatten Goldene Hochzeit

I'm still here.
There currently is life a little more stressful than usual. My parents had Golden Wedding Celebration. Then we are in preparation
to have new plaster for our house. (Last year there was a new roof.) Then I am going to prepare my vegetable garden.
But to make matters worse, I've got a cold last sunday, on the 66th Commemoration Anniversary of the liberation of the concentration camp of Sachsenhausen. A cold wind blew. Cough, runny nose, hoarseness... But it was important to me here to participate.

between, I've managed to finish the border on my sampler...

and capture a few pinki pictures in the garden...

have a great weekend all !!

Your sampler is beautiful! I like how the brown fabric sets off the brighter colors. Flowers look great, too. So much happening in the garden! Get well soon.

Hope you are feeling better. I planted my vegetable garden two weeks ago and it is doing well so far with lots of warm temperatures, sun and rain. I love your sampler quilt. The colors are just stunning and perfectly chosen. I love the border treatment too. Lovely pink flowers--thank you for sharing--they just make me smile.

Your sampler is wonderful! Particularly the border. If you keep producing such wonderful work you will not abe able to call yourself "apprentice" much longer. :)
